the location proved convenient i walked easily to various attractions and found public transportation readily accessible the gym contained sufficient equipment i used three treadmills and two stationary bikes a supermarket located downstairs was very handy i appreciated the added security provided with a secure environment. i found the front desk very efficient during check in they quickly stored luggage while i explored the surrounding areas this streamlined process allowed me to maximize my time exploring. i also received clear directions upon request this assisted in navigating through the busy area.
the bathroom sink was smaller than expected making it a bit difficult to use comfortably

The staff was helpful when the airline lost our luggage (I am very grateful). They were really good too assist us. The breakfast was wonderful, with plenty of delicious options available. The location was perfect, easy walking distance to many pubs, shops, and attractions.

My room was very clean with a comfortable bed. It was perfect for a good night's sleep! breakfast was AMAZING!!! there was a wide selection of food items, so i always found something i loved. the hotel is in the heart of the neighborhood.
The hotel does not have parking. It was slightly inconvenient with luggage. the nearest public parking isn't ideal.

The noise level was REALLY disruptive. I heard bottles clattering early in the morning. My room faced some sort of mechanical equipment. It hummed loudly ALL night.
